It may feel like that as a new business grows you find less and less time for yourself. Managing your time while running a growing business can be somewhat difficult but also very rewarding. It is important to take time for yourself, even if it’s just a quick break to click on cookies or take on the zombie apocalypse. Adequate social breaks to stay caught up with friends are quite beneficial to resetting your thoughts and making significant mental progress on projects. This helps you overcome ruts and allows your subconscious time to reassess the situation. Decide how to prioritize your growing requests and establish deadlines for yourself and your team to meet. I have personally found that sometimes letting things wait isn’t always a bad idea; especially if the project will result in many changes. Allow your clients time to settle on the details before jumping right into a project.
