Hi-Res Creative has once again partnered with Education to Employment (E2E) Partner’s annual iDiscovery Safari to help promote the event and its efforts to increase college and career readiness for all students in the Coastal Bend. Now in its second year, the event is a community-wide effort presented in partnership with over 50 organizations including the Corpus Christi Caller-Times, Coastal Bend College, Craft Training Center, Del Mar College, South Coastal Area Health Education Center, Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, Texas A&M University-Kingsville and Workforce Solutions of the Coastal Bend, to connect area youth with working professionals who can help them make educated decisions about their future.
While on the safari, students can participate in a number of interactive demonstrations and hands-on activities designed to engage visitors and bring them up close and personal with scientists, engineers, architects, teachers, interior designers, veterinarians, doctors, welders and other professionals. In addition to raffles, door prizes and scholarship giveaways, the event will also feature art and music activities as well as live entertainment by the Nuecestown Gunfighters, celebrity storytellers and mariachi and ballet folklorico groups.
Through continued involvement with the E2E organization, Hi-Res Creative was deeded with being in charge of the iDiscovery Safari’s advertising efforts, producing commercials and public service announcements in both English and Spanish. We have also taken over the event’s social media efforts and aim to increase the event’s visibility and raise public awareness about the event and its goals. As official volunteers, our team will also be on hand at the event to help with coordination and execution of the day’s activities.
