Led by Reverand Dana Worsham, St. Paul United Church of Christ (UCC) is an LGBTQIA+ friendly church committed to making a difference in the Corpus Christi community and beyond with God’s help in the name of Jesus Christ. Celebrating over 100 years in the Coastal Bend, the church seeks to create an inclusive and welcoming fellowship with a focus on acts of service within the community. UCC is affectionately known as “The Everybody Church” where everybody is welcome and where the heart, mind & spirit meet in Corpus Christi.

Web Design, Development & Livestream Sermons

St. Paul UCC came to HRMG after receiving a revitalization grant to help bring its services into the digital era. While the church did have an established web presence, an outdated website with a poorly executed layout failed to accurately showcase the services and value UCC brought to the community through its mission. 

HRMG began the update by creating a responsive web design featuring high-quality photos of the interior and exterior of the church, as well as drone photos and videos taken by our team. Using social media integrations, HRMG connected the website to the UCC Facebook, highlighting upcoming events and social media posts.  In order to take full advantage of the benefits of the grant, UCC was able to secure a camera, speaker and PA system, microphones, and new laptops. The new setup allows the church to offer live streams of their sermons on Facebook which are then imported automatically to their website. HRMG also included a section for secure donations, allowing the church opportunities to receive charitable gifts to continue operations and mission trips that benefit the community.  Finally, the website was built on Litespeed for swift load times, with an SSL certificate for added security.
