Based in Chicago, Waveland Property Group is a mid-sized property management company specializing in medical and commercial real estate. Showcasing various office buildings in the greater Chicago area, the company’s existing website had not been updated since 2005 and was in need of a number of modern upgrades.

Our team began assessing what the Waveland Property Group’s most pressing needs were, including an easy to use listing of current properties available, basic optimization and enhanced security. The end result is a beautiful website that is both simple and functional and responsive for use on any mobile device. In addition to a much better browsing experience, the website was built on a 1200 pixel grid for large monitors and features include clean animations and transitions, integration with LoopNet real estate listings. The site is also equipped with the latest security measures after having previously been compromised with injected code. Technical features also included server hosting, basic search engine optimization (SEO) and support for a 3rd party mail exchange server.
