Founded in 1991 by Ronald Voss, Live Oak Construction is the largest full service custom home builder in the Corpus Christi, Texas area. With over 20 years in the business, Live Oak Construction has been involved in over 600 homes ranging from $50,000 to upwards of $2 million dollars, and has earned numerous accolades through the Parade of Homes as well as a feature on HGTV.

Live Oak Construction came to HRMG in 2018 for assistance after an unfortunate experience with another business left them with a neglected site that was not regularly managed or updated as needed. As a home builder constructing luxury custom homes in exclusive communities, it was imperative to provide an elegant and sophisticated design to present to prospective buyers in the market for a new home. Part of our process included a visit to tour a model home, as well as working with the company’s sales team and project manager.

Website Design, Drone Video & Photography

HRMG was given full creative control of the site redesign, in which we integrated 3D walkthroughs of the model homes and provided two color scheme options to help Live Oak elevate their brand aesthetic further. The websites soft launch was ready in approximately 2 months and approved with a single round of changes. Incorporating drone footage from their model neighborhood taken by HRMG and high-resolution photos provided by the client, we were able to cultivate a distinguished, tasteful design befitting a home builder fabricating homes in the 450s.
