Privacy at HRMG
Hi-Res Media Group (HRMG) uses personal information only for legitimate business purposes such as responding to inquiries, providing requested services, operating client portals, processing payments, administering events and applications, protecting the site, and—when allowed—understanding how public pages are used.
Information you choose to provide
Depending on the feature you use, this may include your name, contact details, organization, project information, messages, uploaded files, event registrations, job or contractor application materials, contracts, invoices, payment status, reviews, and client-portal activity. Fields marked optional are not required.
Information collected automatically
The hosting and security systems process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser information, request time, security signals, and error information. When analytics is active under your regional rules and privacy choices, Google Analytics may collect information about visits, pages viewed, device characteristics, and approximate location. HRMG’s consent record uses a random browser identifier and does not store a raw IP address or user-agent string.
How information is used
- Respond to messages and evaluate prospective projects or nonprofit-assistance requests.
- Deliver contracted services, client-portal access, training, files, invoices, and support.
- Register attendees and send requested confirmations, reminders, or follow-up materials.
- Evaluate employment, freelance, and project-based talent applications.
- Prevent spam, fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- Measure and improve the public website when analytics is active under applicable regional rules and your privacy choices.
Service providers and disclosures
HRMG uses service providers for hosting and security, email delivery, payment processing, video delivery and transcription, website analytics, and other requested functions. They receive only the information needed to provide those services and operate under their own contractual and privacy obligations. HRMG does not sell personal information. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and systems.
Cookies and choices
Necessary technologies operate to provide security and features you request. Where affirmative consent is required, optional analytics is blocked until you allow it. Elsewhere, basic analytics may operate by default, and you may disable it at any time using the Privacy choices control. HRMG recognizes Global Privacy Control and keeps optional analytics off when that signal is present.
Retention and security
Records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose described, contractual and accounting obligations, security, dispute resolution, or applicable law. Retention differs by record type. HRMG uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no online system can promise absolute security.
Your choices and requests
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or information about disclosures, and to appeal or complain to a regulator. HRMG will verify and respond to applicable requests. You may also withdraw optional analytics permission through the Privacy choices control.
