Client Overview

Based in Chicago, Illinois, Waveland Property Group, Inc. is a successful property management company specializing in medical commercial real estate for over 13 years. WPG originally requested assistance developing their website in 2015. The efforts later grew into developing property brochures and automating a leasing process through an online portal. After a fire damaged and closed a property for a number of days in 2019, proof of tenant safety and up to date life safety systems were crucial. Scattered digital reports and certifications demonstrated the need for proactive measures in the form of a uniform annual life safety audit performed by a non-biased, third-party outside the organization. Thus, Confirmed Life Safety was born.

Branding, Web Application and Design

Through HRMG’s previous client relationship with the company, WPG saw an opportunity in our area of expertise. Working onsite with their team in Chicago, IL we developed the CLS brand, logo, website, message and web application to execute on their vision. As a result of that collaboration, HRMG was able to deliver a polished, modern website with a clean corporate feel and a fully functional prototype, designed to support long term growth and integration with an iOS/Android application.

As with any project taken on by HRMG, we are equally invested in the project and its long term success. In recent months, we have increasingly built on the original idea with a carefully curated InDesign report template that integrates with the web application, and a beautiful ‘overview’ video for use in sales meetings. We will support the project long term as the company continues to go from a concept to serving a national clientele.
