When the Young Business Professionals of the Coastal Bend (YBPCB) were in desperate need of a web presence, they looked no further than Hi-Res Media Group. Serving as the home base for a Corpus Christi network of active young professionals who are striving to make a difference in the community, it was essential that the new site be completely tailored to meet the unique needs of the organization.
The first item on the list was giving the website a cohesive, professional feel. Keeping the aesthetic on the simple side, our team focused on streamlining the website’s design, feel and navigation. The site was also made fully responsive for access on all mobile devices and automatically imports events directly from Google Calendar. To offer administrators as much control over the website as possible, the website was installed with a visual editor for easy edits and management.
Top level navigation included an about page with information on the organization, its mission, board members and sponsorship information, as well as a regularly updated news section detailing the latest involving the YBPCB and its activities. Other notable features included a media gallery that automatically imports images from the organization’s Facebook page, original content and a strong call to action to implore visitors to become involved with the YBPCB and its initiatives.
