Graphic Design and Printing
The Port of Corpus Christi has always made safety the highest priority for staff and their customers. Port Corpus Christi achieves this by establishing and maintaining an effective safety program, which is communicated to all employees through an organized and straightforward safety manual as required per OSHA standards.
In 2021 HRMG was tasked by the Port of Corpus Christi to overhaul the original safety manual sorely in need of an update. Port Corpus Christi came to us once again in 2022 to support the needs of an ever changing environment of safety in a post-COVID world. The booklet features custom page designs created in Adobe Illustrator by Stephen Gregg for meticulous attention to detail and uniformity throughout the booklet. HRMG sourced licensed images in order to accurately represent the types of tankers making their way through the port; HRMG then matched the Port of Corpus Christi brand standards and style guides to produce a modern and visually engaging safety manual.
Saddle stitch binding is the perfect method for short production runs such as the booklets, resulting in a professional and polished product. Finally, the booklet was designed using specifications from the client to accompany custom ordered Port safety jackets produced in collaboration with Attention Promo. Utilizing local printers in Corpus Christi, HRMG moderated the proof process from start to finish, and hand-delivered the completed booklets with review and approval from our Port of Corpus Christi contact.
