We want our clients to be fluent and able while working with the new tools available to them. That’s why we offer hands-on training with every website launch. However, we don’t stop there. We understand that because someone showed you something once doesn’t make you an expert. That’s why we develop an initial set of narrated tutorial videos specific to your website. This is important because what you see in the video is exactly what you see on your computer; nothing is missing and nothing is new. We can even work from your specific user administration account. If we don’t cover something enough or you have a specific need, let us know and we will develop new videos at your request.
