Founded in 1953 with a commitment to excellence in all aspects of its operations, Bay Ltd. is now one of the largest full-service multi-discipline construction, fabrication, and maintenance contractors in the United States. Due to their Beyond Zero safety initiative, Bay Ltd. lays claim to a record-breaking 30 million safe man-hours without a lost time injury. While the main office is situated in Corpus Christi, Texas, fabrication facilities throughout North and South America afford the company the capability to construct and transport a variety of large-scale projects globally.

Ongoing Marketing Relationship

HRMG continues to cultivate a client relationship with Bay Ltd. since our first project in 2014. Beginning with the task of overhauling their existing web presence, we quickly progressed into providing support with graphic design, website maintenance, photography and video production.

As HRMG has previously produced an orientation video for the company, Bay Ltd. came to us for help in converting a powerpoint presentation into a clean company overview video. Using reference materials provided by Bay Ltd. helped us structure the budget and organize the project’s shooting schedule. HRMG team members also traveled with the Vice President of Business Development to various locations to survey the work and coordinate the production.

Partnerships in Film and Production

Working in collaboration with a trusted and talented team of contractors, HRMG was able to utilize previous film production relationships with organizations such as PRODUCE®. HRMG’s sophomore short film production titled “El Poeta” was selected as an entry for the prestigious Oaxaca Film Festival in 2019. Investments in short film productions has allowed HRMG, in turn, to increase the quality of the video productions for its clients.

A cinema camera, DSLR, and drone were used to produce high resolution footage for the project. We also contracted voiceover talent that has completed work for companies such as Verizon, GM, Nike, Apple, and 3M. The team was able to accommodate many of the company’s needs while working on a tight deadline alongside their new CEO, Vice President of Business Development and division managers. The end result is a succinct, neat video showcasing the company’s mission, services, and achievements over the past 67 years of operations.

Growing Independent Film in South Texas

We find it important to recognize that by contracting HRMG, Bay Ltd. has helped us further invest in local independent film and supported our next joint production, with over 60+ cast and crew. This includes students from Texas A&M University – Corpus Christi and Del Mar College, giving them valuable working experience in addition to their studies.
